The animals make the farm a special place for everyone. Twice a week, on Sundays and Wednesdays, kids (and big kids) can join Ruth for a feed-the-animals experience, getting up close with pigs, sheep, alpacas, horses, rabbits, goats, chickens, and the cat.

Woodlands Manor is a grand, traditional Grade II listed farmhouse dating back to the 17th century or earlier, retaining many original features such as low lintels, slate floors, and magnificent fireplaces. Guests will delight in the charming blend of old and new.

With six characterful bedrooms, The Manor sleeps 12 plus cots. Each bedroom boasts romantic bedsteads, and children will love discovering the secret spaces, maid’s staircases, and interconnected rooms.

Downstairs, The Manor features three lounges, a dining room, and a large kitchen/conservatory. Comfortable sofas in all sitting rooms provide the perfect spot to enjoy the large wood burner.

Perfect for couples, Shepherds has a tranquil bedroom with a huge and hugely comfortable super-king bed. It’s spacious yet cosy too, and there’s room for a cot in the bedroom (suitable for infants under 2 years old). Tucked away in a peaceful corner of our working farm, Little Northcott is a beautiful and access-friendly four-bedroom property. Perfect for larger families or two families holidaying together, it sleeps up to eight guests in comfort, with flexible bed arrangements to suit your group.

Just a 15-minute stroll brings you to Northcott Mouth, a dog-friendly beach on the Cornish Coast Path, while the vibrant seaside town of Bude — with its beaches, restaurants, and shops — is only two miles away. The local village pub is even closer, just half a mile down the lane.

Children will love meeting our friendly farm residents, including cows, pigs, ponies Bubbles and Tiny Tim, Rosie the donkey, and our family horses.
