This single-storey accommodation is designed for convenience and accessibility, featuring its own private porch—a handy space for storing a pushchair or wheelchair.
Hayloft offers a world of fun and entertainment right at your doorstep, from seaside adventures to cozy evenings spent toasting marshmallows over a campfire as the sun sets. Create precious memories with your family in this inviting retreat.
Layout:
- Single-storey accommodation with an entrance porch leading to an internal door opening directly into the open-plan living room area. The room features a wall-mounted TV, comfy sofas, soft furnishings, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen.
- Doors at each end lead to a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV at one end, and the twin bedroom with blackout blinds at the other. The twin beds can be converted into a super-king for a couple by prior arrangement. The bedrooms are adjacent to the recently refurbished bathroom with an over-bath raindrop shower.

One of the estate’s largest cottages, Heron comfortably accommodates up to six guests and has been finished to a high standard. Converted from the original stable buildings, its impressive open-plan living space features a lofty ceiling, spacious lounge, dining area, and a beautifully designed Shaker-style kitchen—perfect for bringing family and friends together.
All on one level, the cottage offers three well-furnished bedrooms: a king-size double and two twin rooms. There is ample space for two cots—one in the master bedroom and another in a twin room. A stylish family bathroom includes a bath with shower over.
Outside, Heron overlooks the old stable courtyard and has its own grassy area with table, seating, and a gas BBQ—ideal for relaxed outdoor meals.
Heron is especially popular with families and groups booking multiple cottages, as the generous living space provides plenty of room to gather. Next door, Kittiwake can be booked alongside Heron, making an excellent combination for larger family groups of up to 12 people (8 adults and 4 children).

The accommodation is as spacious as it is inviting, with six bedrooms accommodating up to 12 guests comfortably. Positioned at the heart of the Court Farm complex and the village itself, the farmhouse boasts its own private garden with a charming patio area. From the first floor, guests are treated to sweeping views over the village to the nearby coast, just a stone’s throw away—making it the perfect setting for gathering your nearest and dearest for a magical holiday.
On the ground floor, an entrance porch welcomes you, providing ample space for coats, wellies, and any other essentials. Nestled on the bank of the scenic Bude Canal, The Old Lifeboat House Apartments invite you to relish in the rich history of the converted Old Lifeboat House. Located just across from the Brendon Arms and a stone’s throw from the town centre, harbour, and Summerleaze Beach, our charming apartments offer the perfect blend of history, convenience, and coastal beauty.
These small yet cozy apartments are perfectly suited for two to four people. Step outside your door, and you’re greeted by a small seating area with the tranquil waters just a meter or two away. A parking space by the front door ensures easy access to your retreat.
Inside, each apartment is gas centrally heated and features an open plan lounge/kitchen diner equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, including an electric cooker and microwave. The lounge area boasts a flat-screen colour television, dining table and chairs, and two sofas, with one converting into a sofa bed for added flexibility. The bedroom offers either a double or twin beds, and the shower room is equipped with a shower, wash hand basin, and W.C.
When viewed from across the canal, the four apartments each have their own unique charm. George Brendon and Thomas Acland are both on the ground floor. Parson Hawker and Captain Barrett, on the first floor.
These apartments pay homage to the early champions of the Bude Lifeboat, reflecting the great tradition of heroic sea rescues that continues with the RNLI today. Each apartment is named after a key figure in Bude’s maritime history: Sir Thomas Acland, George Brendon MFH, Parson Hawker, and Captain Barrett.

Elegant and spacious, The West Wing is our largest and most distinguished property, forming part of the historic Manor House. Beautifully appointed throughout, it offers generous accommodation for up to six guests.
A private ground-floor entrance opens into a grand hallway, with a staircase leading to the main accommodation. On the half-landing, you’ll find a twin bedroom, while the first floor houses the principal living spaces. Here, a large open-plan lounge and kitchen overlook the sweeping main lawn, and a separate dining room enjoys a charming sea view.
There are three comfortable bedrooms: a king-size double with en suite bath and shower, and two twin rooms. Two cots can also be accommodated—one in the double and one in a twin room. A second family bathroom provides a bath with shower over.
At the rear of the Manor House, a private outdoor area captures the sun throughout the day and into the evening. With its dining space and gas BBQ, it’s the perfect spot for relaxed meals al fresco.

Dating back to the 1830s, Mallard Cottage is a beautifully refurbished holiday home set on the bank of the River Neet, with a stunning balcony overlooking both the river and town. Just moments from the town centre, this charming and pet-friendly cottage offers the perfect blend of character, comfort, and location.
Sleeping up to 7 guests, the property features three light and spacious bedrooms, a master double with en-suite, a twin room, and a single room, along with a large sofa bed to accommodate two additional guests. Ideal for families or small groups, the layout provides both comfort and flexibility.
The cottage is ideally situated just a few minutes’ walk from Bude’s beach and picturesque canal, placing you right at the heart of everything this vibrant coastal town has to offer. To the rear, there is an access road and private parking for 2–3 vehicles, making your stay as convenient as it is enjoyable.
Outside, guests can relax on the large balcony with uninterrupted river views or enjoy outdoor dining on the spacious ground-floor patio, complete with barbecue and ample seating.
Inside, Mallard Cottage has been refurbished to a high standard, combining period charm with modern amenities. There are two stylish shower rooms (one en-suite), both featuring drench showers, stone tiling, large glass enclosures, contemporary fittings, and motion-sensor illuminated mirrors with shaver points. A separate WC is conveniently located just off the kitchen.
The well-equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a self-catering stay, including a coffee maker, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and a full range of cookware and utensils. A separate utility room provides an iron and ironing board. (Please note there is no washing machine, but a laundry service is available for a small additional charge.)
The cosy living room, complete with TV and DVD player, is perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the coast, while the dining area offers a welcoming space to enjoy meals together.
For your comfort, the cottage is cleaned weekly, with fresh linen and towels provided. Gas central heating and complimentary Wi-Fi are included at no extra cost.

One of six delightful cottages set around the sunny Stable Courtyard, Sandpiper is approached through the original stable archway and combines character with modern comfort.
Originally part of the old stables, the cottage has been imaginatively converted and enjoys the best of both worlds: a stable door opening onto the shared courtyard at the front, and French doors leading to a private enclosed garden at the rear. In this garden you’ll find a Swedish hot tub for year-round relaxation, plus outdoor seating, a dining table, and a gas BBQ – perfect for family meals or evenings under the stars. The secure garden makes it especially suitable for guests with dogs or small children.
Inside, everything is arranged on one level. The cottage features a bright, open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area, along with a fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower over.
Sandpiper offers three bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to four adults and two children:
