Middle Cottage seamlessly combines traditional charm with contemporary style to create a warm and inviting retreat.

Just a 5-minute walk from the South West Coast Path and with easy access to the Bude Canal towpath into Bude, this beautifully refurbished two-bedroom cottage (sleeps 4) offers scenic clifftop and countryside walks right on your doorstep. Popular surf beaches such as Widemouth Bay and Summerleaze Beach are only minutes away by car.

Both bedrooms can be arranged as doubles or twins, offering flexibility for families or friends traveling together. A travel cot is available on request. The cottage features Wi-Fi, TV, Bose sound system, log burner, and additional heating for year-round comfort, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring premium appliances.

Guests have full use of the cottage and its charming garden. Surfboards and bodyboards are available to borrow upon request, perfect for making the most of the seaside location.

Rickstone Cottage, which sleeps five guests, sits adjacent to Middle Cottage—ideal for larger groups wishing to book both together.

Measuring 20ft by 15ft, Sandpiper is a beautifully finished lakeside retreat with a fully fitted kitchen and separate bathroom. Well-insulated, double glazed, and decorated to a high standard, it has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Dating back to the 1830s, Mallard Cottage is a beautifully refurbished holiday home set on the bank of the River Neet, with a stunning balcony overlooking both the river and town. The well-equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a self-catering stay, including a coffee maker, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and a full range of cookware and utensils. A separate utility room provides an iron and ironing board. (Please note there is no washing machine, but a laundry service is available for a small additional charge.)

Situated in our enclosed courtyard, Granary Barn boasts a large and airy living room, along with a spacious kitchen/diner, making it the perfect place for family celebrations or some much-needed relaxation. Enjoy access to superb on-site facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool and spa treatments, and explore the nearby coastal resort of Bude with its fantastic selection of restaurants, shops, and activities.

Ground floor: Enter through the welcoming hallway leading to the family bedroom (1 king-sized bed, 1 single bed); another spacious double bedroom with a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV; and a Twin Room (with zip and link twin beds that can be converted into a Super King-Sized Bed for a couple). All bedding, linen and towels are provided, which will be changed weekly if required during longer stays. We have ample secure free parking on site.

Carthouse offers an intimate retreat for two, while Wagtail and Swallow are ideal for couples or families with children, sleeping up to four comfortably with the option of a travel cot for infants.
