Please note that while Parlour may be suitable for those with limited mobility, there are two steps into the porch, which provides storage space for buggies.

For added convenience, one well-behaved dog is welcome for a small additional charge of £20. Owners must bring their own dog basket or cage. It’s important to note that Parlour opens onto a shared child-friendly courtyard and does not have its own garden. Upstairs, a spacious dual-aspect double bedroom awaits, complete with an en-suite shower room. All rooms are designed to capture natural light and showcase fine rural views.

Outside the cottage, pretty gardens and off-road parking await. Guests also have access to a characterful and secure adjacent stone outbuilding, perfect for storing bikes and surf equipment. A convenient washing line is at your disposal.

No matter your age, you’ll love the heated indoor pool at Woodlands. Whether you’re swimming laps or playing with the kids, the fun is limitless. The pool is maintained at a warm 30 degrees, ensuring a comfortable swim year-round.

The Games Room is a favourite among our guests, offering a great opportunity for all ages to relax and enjoy a wide range of activities. We have soft play, table tennis, foosball, giant Connect Four, darts, and pool.

For outdoor play, we provide a playing field with a stunning view, swings, a climbing frame, and a slide. The field also has two football goals, perfect for an impromptu kick-around with the kids.

The woodlands are simply magical, especially in April and May when the ground is carpeted with bluebells. Dogs are welcome to roam, but don’t forget your wellies, as it can get a bit muddy by the stream in winter.

The animals make the farm a special place for everyone. Twice a week, on Sundays and Wednesdays, kids (and big kids) can join Ruth for a feed-the-animals experience, getting up close with pigs, sheep, alpacas, horses, rabbits, goats, chickens, and the cat.

This is single storey living at its best. Step into this lovely long barn, once the milking parlour, and you’ll discover a warm, inviting space. Here you can rustle up a big post-animal-feeding breakfast while chatting to the kids.

The high raftered ceilings, with mellow exposed beams, and ample windows mean it gets plenty of daylight. Grab a good book and snuggle up on the sofa or plan the day’s events.

There are two bedrooms, a double with an en-suite shower room, and one with two single beds and an en-suite family bathroom.

The lack of stairs make this barn great if you’ve got little ones at the let’s-go-climbing stage or for anyone who has difficulty with stairs.

Please note, due to the internal layout of this cottage, in the event of a fire, guests must be physically capable of exiting the building via a ground floor window should the primary escape route be blocked or impassable.

Nestled on the bank of the scenic Bude Canal, The Old Lifeboat House Apartments invite you to relish in the rich history of the converted Old Lifeboat House. Located just across from the Brendon Arms and a stone’s throw from the town centre, harbour, and Summerleaze Beach, our charming apartments offer the perfect blend of history, convenience, and coastal beauty.

These small yet cozy apartments are perfectly suited for two to four people. Step outside your door, and you’re greeted by a small seating area with the tranquil waters just a meter or two away. A parking space by the front door ensures easy access to your retreat.

Inside, each apartment is gas centrally heated and features an open plan lounge/kitchen diner equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, including an electric cooker and microwave. The lounge area boasts a flat-screen colour television, dining table and chairs, and two sofas, with one converting into a sofa bed for added flexibility. The bedroom offers either a double or twin beds, and the shower room is equipped with a shower, wash hand basin, and W.C.

When viewed from across the canal, the four apartments each have their own unique charm. George Brendon and Thomas Acland are both on the ground floor. Parson Hawker and Captain Barrett, on the first floor.

These apartments pay homage to the early champions of the Bude Lifeboat, reflecting the great tradition of heroic sea rescues that continues with the RNLI today. Each apartment is named after a key figure in Bude’s maritime history: Sir Thomas Acland, George Brendon MFH, Parson Hawker, and Captain Barrett.

Bird watchers and nature lovers will delight in the abundance of wildfowl and the nearby Bude Marshes Nature Reserve, creating a haven for natural exploration.

The spacious living room, flooded with natural light, seamlessly opens onto a secluded courtyard garden boasting panoramic views of the Neet Valley.

Trewhel-ju is ideal for a couple but can accommodate a couple and two children; there is also room for a cot. The accommodation is fully accessible and there is a wet room.

The garden, exclusively for guests’ use, is a sunny retreat perfect for relaxation and enjoyment, offering a peaceful escape.

Trewhel-ju features under-floor heating and a multi-fuel stove, ensuring a cozy ambiance and making it a suitable retreat year-round.

There is private parking next to the property with level access.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed with en suite shower room, while the second bedroom is ideal for children, with a single bed, sturdy bunks, and its own en suite bathroom.

For larger family gatherings, Grebe combines perfectly with its neighbour, Dunlin, sharing an enclosed courtyard with tables, seating, and BBQs—an exclusive space for relaxed family meals and celebrations.
