Chestnut Cottage is the largest of the Trevalgas cottages, comfortably sleeping up to six guests (plus cot), and is perfect for families or small groups seeking a peaceful Cornish escape near Bude. Set in a tranquil valley location with lovely views towards Stratton, the cottage features a fully enclosed, suntrap garden with patio seating and a brick-built barbecue – ideal for relaxed outdoor dining. Allocated parking is located adjacent to the cottage, and guests can also enjoy access to the on-site 12m heated indoor swimming pool.

The spacious open-plan living and dining area offers plenty of room to relax, complete with a wood burner and a basket of logs for cosy evenings. The large, newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. Entertainment is provided with a Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player, and CD radio with iPod/iPhone dock. Patio doors open directly onto the enclosed garden. A cloakroom with WC and basin is also located on this level.

Upstairs you’ll find a master bedroom with a double bed and private en-suite shower room, plus two twin bedrooms with ample storage. The main bathroom includes an over-bath shower, airing cupboard and heated towel rail. Two towels are provided per guest, and family-friendly extras such as a cot and stair gates are available.

The enclosed garden features a patio, lawn area, all-weather garden furniture and a brick-built barbecue, making it a wonderful space to unwind while enjoying the valley views and sunshine.

One of six charming cottages in the sunny Stable Courtyard, Woodlark is approached through the original stable archway and has been imaginatively converted from the old stables. At the front, its door opens directly onto the courtyard, while at the rear French doors lead to a private enclosed garden – complete with an all-year-round hot tub for the ultimate in relaxation.

The garden is secure and well-suited for families with dogs or small children, and includes a table, seating, and gas BBQ for your exclusive use.

All set on one level, Woodlark features a bright open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area, plus a fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower over.

The cottage offers two comfortable bedrooms:

• A king-sized double bedroom

• A second bedroom with a single bed plus full-sized bunks, suitable for both adults and children (with space for a cot if needed)

Woodlark is a welcoming, dog-friendly cottage, perfect for couples, families, and friends alike.

With dog-friendly options and sleeping between 4–6 people, we’ve got something to suit everyone!

Adjacent to Wooda Farm Holiday Park, but with its own entrance is where you will find our newly built two and three bedroom luxury self-catering accommodation lodges. Step inside and you will be drawn to the large open plan living area flooded with natural light from the floor to ceiling windows that frame the sea view across Bude.

The interiors in each property are all stylishly designed using soft hues which draw inspiration from the surrounding coastal landscape, creating the perfect space to relax and soak up the scenery.

The eco-friendly rooftops sprinkled with wild-flowers, the bleached oak cladding and the beautiful reflective glass windows allow the landscape to echo throughout and blend the properties perfectly into their countryside setting.

Converted from one of the estate’s original cob-walled barns, Dunlin Cottage offers spacious open-plan living with two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en suite.

Beautifully refurbished throughout, the cottage is fully centrally heated and features a stylish Shaker-style kitchen with every modern convenience. The generous lounge and dining area provide the perfect space to relax, while a broad staircase leads to the bedrooms below.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, and ample space for a cot. The second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with zip-link beds that can be set up as twins for children or joined as a luxurious king-size. This room has its own en suite shower room, though please note that a cot will only fit in the master bedroom.

For larger family gatherings, Dunlin pairs perfectly with its adjoining neighbour, Grebe. Together, they share an enclosed courtyard with tables, seating, and BBQs—an ideal setting for relaxed meals and celebrations with family and friends.

Quaint and full of character, Round House was once the Gate Keeper’s Lodge and is thought to be the oldest building on the estate. Detached and set slightly apart from the other cottages, it offers guests both privacy and easy access to the indoor pool and amenities. With its unusual shaped windows, low beams, and centuries-old charm, this is a truly unique place to stay.

The ground floor features an inviting open-plan lounge and dining area with a wood-burning stove, and a beautifully appointed Shaker-style kitchen complete with a sea view from the window. Also downstairs is a luxurious bathroom with corner bath and integral power shower.

Upstairs, reached via a narrow staircase with low beams (mind your head!), there are two bedrooms: a master with king-size bed and glorious views over the valley and out to sea, and a second bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children. This room can also accommodate a cot, making the cottage perfect for a family of four or five. Out of season, Round House is equally popular as a romantic retreat for two, with its secluded setting and cosy atmosphere.

Outside, the cottage has its own enclosed private garden with seating and a BBQ for your exclusive use.

All guests staying in our cottages are welcome to use all the onsite facilities at Wooda Farm Holiday Park. This includes the fishing lake, pitch ‘n’ putt course, tennis court, bar and restaurant, woodland walk, cycle trails and much more. (Some activities/facilities are restricted to peak periods — check seasonal opening times.)

All our properties are of an exceptionally high standard but each one is uniquely different.

The Space
With a bedroom on the ground floor and a second on the mezanine, it’s pet-friendly and comes with private parking.  Originally part of an 18th-century stable block, Stable Cottage 2 has been beautifully converted into a two bedroom holiday home sleeping three, set around a characterful courtyard.
