Set within the charming Well Courtyard—once part of the estate’s original stable block—Kingfisher Cottage is a welcoming single-level property, perfect for families of up to four plus a baby.

At the front, the cottage opens onto a small, secluded courtyard, while at the rear a private enclosed garden awaits, complete with hot tub, table, seating, and a gas BBQ—an ideal space for relaxation in every season. The secure garden makes it especially suitable for families with young children.

Inside, the open-plan living space includes a comfortable lounge area, dining area, and a Shaker-style fitted kitchen with dishwasher. The fully tiled bathroom features a bath with power shower.

There are two well-furnished bedrooms: a king-size double and a twin room, with space for a cot in either. The cottage is fully centrally heated for year-round comfort.

This charming accommodation is perfectly situated to take full advantage of the offerings at Court Farm, being just a short stroll from the heated indoor swimming pool. Whether you’re eager to explore the surrounding area or simply relax and indulge in the superb on-site facilities, Millhouse provides an ideal base for an unforgettable holiday near Bude in Cornwall.

Ground floor: Enter through the welcoming entrance hall leading to the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, seamlessly flowing into the lounge overlooking the swimming pool. The lounge features a widescreen TV, DVD & CD player, and a coffee table chest stocked with a selection of books and magazines.

First floor: Ascend to the large master bedroom with a king-sized bed (with room for a cot) offering breathtaking views over our facilities, farmland, and out to the coast. The room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. Adjacent is the family bathroom with an over-bath shower.

Second floor: Journey up the stairs to discover the twin bedroom with zip and link twin beds that can be converted into a super king-size bed for a couple upon prior request. There’s also a child’s single room, both with room for a cot, featuring slanted ceilings with Velux windows and blackout blinds.

Millhouse beckons you to unwind in its quiet and peaceful ambiance while providing the perfect hub for exploring, playing, or simply enjoying a well-deserved break. From feeding the animals to cycling, swimming, or indulging in some pampering at the on-site spa, Millhouse ensures your holiday is truly unforgettable.

The Space
With a bedroom on the ground floor and a second on the mezanine, it’s pet-friendly and comes with private parking.  Originally part of an 18th-century stable block, Stable Cottage 2 has been beautifully converted into a two bedroom holiday home sleeping three, set around a characterful courtyard.

Ideal for couples, small families, or solo travellers, the cottage comfortably sleeps up to three guests and combines traditional character with modern comforts.

Inside, the cottage features a cosy and welcoming interior. The double bedroom enjoys lovely views towards the canal, while the single bedroom looks out across the peaceful garden. For families travelling with little ones, a travel cot can be provided on request.

The comfortable living space is perfect for relaxing after a day by the sea or exploring the local area, complete with TV, Bose sound system, high-speed Wi-Fi and a log burner for cosy evenings throughout the year.

A well-equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a convenient self-catering stay, with an oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Welcome to Coxswain’s Cottage, a charming Grade II listed cob cottage dating back to the 18th century, nestled in a serene residential street within Bude’s historic conservation area.  This delightful abode combines historic charm with modern comforts, offering guests a stylish retreat in the heart of Bude.

Ideally situated, Coxswain’s Cottage is just a leisurely stroll away from Summerleaze and Crooklets beaches, inviting you to explore the stunning South West Coast Path. Additionally, the vibrant array of shops, restaurants, and bars that Bude has to offer are conveniently located right on your doorstep.  At the end of the road, you’ll find The Barrel independent pub, along with a bakery, delicatessen, and a variety of independent food and clothing shops.

Step inside Coxswain’s, and you’ll find a welcoming ‘home from home’, meticulously furnished cottage adorned with contemporary décor.  The cottage features an eclectic mix of modern furnishings and artwork by local painters and photographers, harmonising with its original features such as Persian rugs, slate floors, and stripped pine flooring.  With gas central heating, the cottage offers a cozy retreat throughout the year, remaining warm in winter thanks to its thick cob walls and cool in summer with its slate floors.

The well-equipped galley-style kitchen boasts modern amenities, including a Panasonic fridge-freezer, double Rangemaster dual fuel cooker, Bosch dishwasher, and microwave.  Adjacent, a separate utility room houses a washing machine and dryer, perfect for storing beach gear and muddy boots after a day of adventure. The kitchen overlooks a spacious dining room, offering a delightful space to savour meals while enjoying garden views.

For relaxation, the sitting room features two plush double sofas, an ornamental fireplace, and entertainment amenities like a TV, DVD player, and radio.  Upstairs, two generously sized bedrooms await, each thoughtfully appointed with luxury bedding, quality towels, and ample storage space.  The master bedroom boasts a double bed with a luxury sprung natural-filled mattress, while the twin bedroom offers comfort with quality interior sprung single mattresses.

At Coxswain’s Cottage, we understand that pets are family too, which is why well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. A supplement of £30 per week applies, and to maintain the cottage’s standards, dogs are kindly requested to refrain from furniture and upper floor access.

Outside, the large private enclosed garden beckons with a patio area ideal for al fresco dining and a BBQ, providing the perfect setting to unwind and soak up the sun. Year after year, our loyal guests return to Coxswain’s Cottage, describing it as a ‘home from home’ and awarding it 5-star ratings.

Once a traditional cob barn, Chough Cottage has been beautifully transformed into a stylish and welcoming holiday home. With walls over two feet thick, it combines rustic character with modern comfort.

The ground floor offers an open-plan layout with a bright lounge and dining area, alongside a fully equipped Shaker-style kitchen featuring a cooker, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher.

Upstairs, you’ll find two thoughtfully furnished bedrooms: a spacious king-size room (with space for a cot) and a second bedroom designed for children, with a single bed and sturdy bunk beds. A small but elegant shower room includes a modern power shower.

The cottage is fully centrally heated and opens onto a charming walkway adorned with hanging baskets and fig trees. Outside, you’ll enjoy a sunny south-facing seating area with a table and BBQ, perfect for relaxed evenings.

The Beach Haven is a high-quality, dog-friendly holiday cottage in Bude, North Cornwall, sleeping up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Tucked away in a quiet residential cul-de-sac near Flexbury and Crooklets, it offers a peaceful coastal retreat just a ten-minute walk from the beach, National Trust clifftops and the town centre.

Designed with comfort and practicality in mind, the property features a spacious lounge/diner, well-equipped kitchen and a private mature garden with sun deck and al fresco dining area. Guests can also enjoy off-road parking, superfast Wi-Fi, EV charging and secure storage for surfboards or bikes.

Ideal for families, groups and dog owners (welcoming up to three dogs), The Beach Haven provides a relaxing “home from home” base for exploring the stunning North Cornwall coastline, with beaches, coastal paths, cafés and pubs all within easy walking distance.

The spacious lounge/diner welcomes you with a cosy, welcoming feel, centred around a luxury inset woodburner. A starter supply of logs and kindling is provided, so you can light the fire and settle in straight away.

Sink into the super-comfortable leather sofas while enjoying the warmth of the fire, watching a film, or choosing from the extensive DVD and CD collection, all played through the surround sound system for a truly relaxing evening in.

At the dining end, the extendable oak table comfortably seats up to eight guests, making it perfect for sociable family meals and relaxed gatherings after a day at the beach.

We’ve recently upgraded to an easy-to-use 55″ 4K Sony Smart TV with soundbar and subwoofer, delivering exceptional picture quality and immersive sound for movie nights or streaming your favourite shows.

The kitchen is a bright, vibrant space with a partially vaulted ceiling and a large picture window overlooking the sun deck and garden beyond. Sliding doors lead directly out to the deck, creating a lovely indoor-outdoor flow during warmer months.

Master Bedroom – King Size

The seaside-themed master bedroom features an oak floor, mango wood furniture and a king-size bed. Sliding doors open directly onto the patio and dining deck, while a garden-level window brings in plenty of natural light.

There is a ‘Jack and Jill’ en-suite with walk-in shower, WC and basin, which can be made private by locking the connecting door to the twin room if preferred.

Features include USB charging sockets, a smart clock/radio, Smart TV and hairdryer.

Front King Bedroom

This light and airy seaside-themed room offers a king-size mango wood bed and a large south-facing window. It also includes USB charging sockets, a smart clock/radio and hairdryer.

Twin Bedroom

The twin bedroom has two single beds (one 3ft and one slightly smaller 2ft 6in), making it ideal for children or flexible sleeping arrangements. It can access the ‘Jack and Jill’ shower room if required, and guests love the charming view into the beach-hut themed area outside.

Bunk Bedroom

A fun and characterful space, the bunk bedroom features a partially vaulted ceiling, exposed roof trusses and a skylight. It includes two 3ft beds, a TV and large beanbags – a favourite retreat for younger guests.
Please note: this room also forms the main access route to the master bedroom from the lounge.

Main Bathroom

The bright and airy main bathroom features an integrated WC/basin unit and a matching P-shaped bath with a powerful boiler-fed shower, perfect for a relaxing soak or refreshing rinse after a day by the sea.

Measuring 20ft by 15ft, Woodpecker Cabin is a beautifully finished lakeside retreat with a fully fitted kitchen and separate bathroom. Well-insulated, double glazed, and decorated to a high standard, it has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The Cabin – Romantic Hideaway by the Sea

Tucked away on our working farm at Northcott, The Cabin is a cosy and stylish retreat designed just for couples. With its own private garden, charming summer house, and outdoor hot tub, it’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a romantic getaway.

Bring your dog along and make the most of the stunning countryside and coastline right on your doorstep. From peaceful farmland strolls to dramatic cliff-top walks and golden beaches, you’ll never be short of places to explore. The dog-friendly Northcott Mouth beach and the famous South West Coast Path are just a 15–20 minute walk away, and the welcoming local pub, The Preston Gate, is just as close.

Back at the farm, you’ll also meet some of our friendly animals, including cows, pigs, ponies Bubbles and Tiny Tim, and Rosie the donkey.

Guests staying at The Cabin are also welcome to use the excellent facilities at Court Farm, Marhamchurch (around 10–15 minutes by car), including the indoor heated pool and spa treatments (please note pool access during peak times is between 12–3pm).

All guests staying in our cottages are welcome to use all the onsite facilities at Wooda Farm Holiday Park. This includes the fishing lake, pitch ‘n’ putt course, tennis court, bar and restaurant, woodland walk, cycle trails and much more. (Some activities/facilities are restricted to peak periods — check seasonal opening times.)
